Common Online Problems

Your business is established. Your online presence should show it.

An outdated website, a neglected Google profile, and unreliable tracking can quietly undermine an otherwise credible business. These are some of the most common problems I help correct.

An outdated website

Customers should be able to understand what you do, where you work, and how to contact you without hunting for answers. Slow pages, awkward mobile layouts, vague service descriptions, and buried contact information give them reasons to keep looking.

Hard to use on a phone

A neglected Google presence

Your Google Business Profile often appears before your website. Incorrect hours, missing services, weak descriptions, or inconsistent business information make it harder for customers to evaluate your company.

Wrong hours or service area

Tracking you cannot trust

If calls, forms, and other important actions are not recorded correctly, you cannot tell which parts of your online presence are helping—or whether recent improvements made a difference.

Reports without answers

Traffic totals and charts are not useful by themselves. A worthwhile report should explain how people found you, what actions they took, what changed, and what deserves attention next.

Data without an explanation

You do not need another collection of disconnected tools. You need the essential parts working together.

What I Work On

The right fix depends on what is already working.

Some businesses need a new website. Others need focused repairs, a cleaned-up Google profile, or tracking they can finally trust. I inspect the current setup first and build the project around the actual gaps.

A project can focus on one area or connect several.

Customer experience

Website

Make it easy for customers to understand your services, trust your company, and take the next step—especially from a phone.

  • Mobile usability and performance
  • Contact forms and calls to action
  • Technical cleanup
Search and Maps

Google Business Profile

Make sure the information customers find on Google is accurate, complete, and consistent with your website.

  • Core business information
  • Categories and services
  • Business description
  • Website and contact links
  • Guidance for ongoing maintenance
Reliable measurement

Tracking

Measure the calls, forms, and other actions that show whether website visitors are turning into inquiries.

  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Form and phone-link tracking
  • Testing and correction of missing or duplicate events
Useful answers

Reporting

Bring the useful numbers into one place and explain what they mean for the business.

  • Website and search activity
  • Calls, forms, and other tracked inquiries
  • Google profile activity
  • Completed work and notable changes
  • Recommended next priorities

How It Works

Understand the problem before paying to fix it.

  1. Review

    Find the obvious weak points.

I start with your public website and Google presence to identify visible problems and determine whether ServiceSiteLift is a practical fit. No private account access is required for this initial review.

  2. Define

    Decide what deserves attention first.

If deeper investigation is necessary, I explain that before continuing. Before implementation begins, you receive the proposed work, price, timeline, access requirements, and exclusions in writing.

  3. Improve

    Complete the agreed work.

Once you approve the scope, I make the website, Google profile, tracking, and reporting improvements included in the project. You receive updates at the points where progress, access, or a decision requires your attention.

  4. Verify and hand off

Make sure the finished work functions properly and remains under your control.

I test the agreed functionality and tracking, document what changed, and confirm that your website, accounts, and business data remain accessible to you.

You will know what is being changed, why it matters, what it costs, and what you receive when the work is finished.

Reporting

A useful report should answer questions, not just display numbers.

Where did visitors come from? Which services are getting attention? Did someone click to call or submit a form? Is the tracking working correctly? The dashboard brings the available answers into one place.

Who You Work With

The person you speak with is the person responsible for the work.

I’m Napoleon Griffin, the designer and developer behind ServiceSiteLift. Over the past 10 years, my work has grown from graphic design into front-end, back-end, and full-stack website development.

I currently serve as Chief Technology Officer at OVC Lawyer Marketing, where my experience includes websites, custom web systems, digital and print advertising, and email campaigns. That background taught me to look at a website as both a first impression and a technical system that must work reliably.

Through ServiceSiteLift, I apply that experience directly to established local businesses. You communicate with me from the initial review and project scope through implementation, testing, and handoff.

How I Work

What this means for your project

  1. Direct communication

You work directly with me from the initial review through the final handoff.

  2. Your accounts stay yours

Your domain, website, Google accounts, analytics properties, and business data remain under your ownership and control.

  3. The scope comes first

Before implementation begins, you receive the deliverables, price, timeline, access requirements, and exclusions in writing.

  4. Repair when it makes sense

If your current setup can be improved sensibly, the project is built around that. A full rebuild is recommended only when it solves a real limitation.

  5. Honest measurement

Reports distinguish visibility, website activity, recorded inquiries, and revenue. Those numbers are related, but they are not interchangeable.

Pricing

Most projects fall between $4,000 and $8,000.

The final price depends on the condition of your current website, the amount of content involved, and which Google, tracking, and reporting systems need attention. Before implementation begins, you receive the proposed work, price, timeline, and requirements in writing.
